Directions & Recipes:

There are so many ways to consume our delicious concentrates.  We have included some suggestions but want to hear from you as you experiment & find new & interesting ways to include our Turmeric Ginger beverages in your diet.  If you have a favourite recipe using our products, please allow us to share it with others.  email us at info@elixirforlife.ca


Some Suggestions from us & our customers:


-Drink it strait-up as a shot, 

-Add to your favourite tea,

-Add to a smoothie, 

-Use in a salad dressing, 

-Mix w coconut water for a pre/post workout, 

-Use as an alcohol mix & prevent a hangover  (see cocktail recipes below)

Directions for Use

Consume approximately 1-2oz (30-60 ml) per 100lbs of body weight  1-3x daily with or after food (with a fat source) to help with absorption. This delicious drink is already infused with org black pepper which helps with bio-availability.  Listen to your body in determining how much to consume. We give rough guidelines but it depends on your body chemistry & weight. 


I recommend having more at the beginning & then cutting down once you get relief from your inflammation symptoms. Find your own dosage and maintenance levels.

Berry-licious Smoothie:


2-4 oz of our elixir,

1/2 c almond milk,

1 tbsp protein powder,

1/2-1 cup kefir &/or yogurt,

1 banana &/or apple

1/2 avocado  

(fresh or frozen),

1-2 c frozen mixed berries,

handful of kale or spinach, 

&/or 1-2tbsp green powder,

1 tbsp coconut or olive oil, 

½ c of coconut water,

½ - 1 c of organic juice,

1 tbsp each of : 

chia, flax, hemp hearts


Blend till smooth. Yields 3-4 servings.  Or add our elixirs  to your own favourite smoothie recipe. 


Salad Dressings:

(For Romaine or leaf lettuce)

2 oz of lemon-honey elixir, 

2 oz olive or almond oil, 

1 crushed clove of garlic, 

½ tsp Dijon pwdr

1 oz apple cider vinegar &/or 1oz lemon juice

Blend until smooth


For Kale or Spinach Salad, use cherry or blueberry elixir & add berries & balsamic vinegar before blending - delicious

Using our Elixirs with Alcohol - Please drink responsibly, and remember to hydrate with lots of water before bedtime to counter the dehydrating effects of alcohol.
