There are so many ways to consume our delicious concentrates. We have included some suggestions but want to hear from you as you experiment & find new & interesting ways to include our Turmeric Ginger concentrate in your diet. Some Suggestions from us & our customers:
-Drink it strait-up as a shot,
-Add to your favourite tea,
-Add to your morning smoothie,
-Wonderful in salad dressing,
-Mix w coconut water for a pre/post workout,
-Use as a mix & create your own cocktail
(Many use Turmeric to combat hangovers)
1-2 oz (30-60 ml) once or twice daily with or after a meal (or other healthy fat source). Turmeric is amazing for the body but needs to be consumed with or after a fat source to make it fully bio-available. This delicious drink is already infused with organic black pepper
(also needed for bio-availability).
Listen to your body in determining how much to consume. We give rough guidelines but it depends on your body chemistry & weight.
